Qualifications

• Certified as a QMA/CMA by the state and CNA certification in good standing.
• 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up, administer, and document prescribed medications under licensed supervision.
• Practice the five rights of medication administration.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living as needed.
• Label, store, receive, and destroy medications per policy.
• Perform medication charting as directed by nursing supervisors.
