Adept Nursing & Rehab of Gretna is seeking a dependable Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our skilled nursing team. You will administer medications under supervision, ensuring safety and resident comfort in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active CMA certification (state required)
• Current CNA certification preferred (or required per state guidelines)
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders
• Observe residents for side effects or reactions and report changes promptly
• Document medication administration in accordance with facility policies
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and storage areas
• Follow all state regulations and facility protocols
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents
