Adept of Nursing & Rehab of Gretna is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our skilled nursing team in Gretna, Nebraska. You will administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse, ensuring safety, accuracy, and compassionate resident care.

Qualifications

• Active CMA certification (state required).
• Current CNA certification preferred (or required per state guidelines).
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely per physician orders.
• Observe residents for side effects or reactions and report changes promptly.
• Document medication administration in accordance with facility policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized medication carts and storage areas.
• Follow all state regulations and facility protocols.
• Provide compassionate, respectful care to all residents.
