Job summary

Broadway Nursing and Rehabilitation in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our compassionate care team. The CMA works under the charge nurse to ensure timely and accurate med passes while maintaining high-quality resident care.

• Follow charting guidelines for PRN documentation.
• Reports medication reorder.
• Participates in all assigned meetings, trainings, education and in-service as required.
• Inventory documentation of drugs on appropriate forms.
• Current certification for Medication Aide.

A CMA is under the direct supervision of the charge nurse. The charge nurse will follow up with the CMA to ensure the med pass is completed timely and accurately to assure that the highest degree of quality resident care can be maintained at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• Current certification for Medication Aide.
