This full-time role includes a daytime shift with contractual duties and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. The position requires CMA/CNA certification per state requirements; prior long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 18 preferred. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• State CMA/CNA certification requirements vary by state; CMA/TMA certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance.
• Assist with basic health care needs including bathing, grooming, feeding, and vitals.
