Good Samaritan in Canistota, SD is hiring a Medication Assistant to provide resident-centered care under the supervision of a charge nurse. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vitals and help with meals, transfers, and documentation.

Administer prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse and participate in wellness programs. State CMA/CNA certification is required, with CEUs and ongoing training. Full-time, day shift with competitive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• GED preferred but not required.
• Minimum age 18.
• Continuing education credits required annually per state.
• CMA/CNA certifications required or must be obtained per state regulations.

Responsibilities
