Maple Ridge is a premier senior living and memory care community in Willoughby, Ohio seeking a Certified Medication Aide to support residents and administer medications. The CMA will work closely with nurses to ensure daily activities and treatments are delivered safely with dignity.

Ideal candidates hold an active CMA certificate and a high school diploma, and enjoy teamwork in a compassionate, resident-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Active CMA certificate required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work in a team with nursing staff.

Responsabilités

• Assist with ADLs and care while supporting residents and maintaining dignity.
• Maintain consistent medication charting per resident requirements.
• Report changes to wing or charge nurse promptly.
• Follow facility safety policies for residents, staff, and visitors.
• Comply with leadership instructions and coordinate with floor staff.
