Job summary
Erickson Senior Living’s Ashby Ponds community seeks a Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to support residents with daily living and clinical needs. The CMA administers medications, assists with activities of daily living, and collaborates with the clinical team to maintain resident well-being in a vibrant senior living community in Virginia.

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Current CNA certification in Virginia.
- Current certification for Medication Administration in Virginia.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care.
- Administer medications as prescribed and document accurately.
- Monitor residents health and report changes to the clinical team.
- Support resident spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being.
- Collaborate with the care team to meet residents' needs in a timely manner.
