Erickson Senior Living’s Ashby Ponds community in Ashburn, VA is hiring a Certified Medication Aide (CMA). You will support residents in daily living and provide person-centered care, with emphasis on comfort and belonging.

Eligible roles include full-time and part-time, with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying positions. We offer competitive compensation ($19.50–$24.75/hour) plus shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with 3% match, onsite health centers, and extensive education

Qualifikationen

• CNA certification in Virginia is required.
• Medication Administration certification in Virginia is required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

• $3,000 SIGN-ON BONUS FOR FULL-TIME AND PART-TIME POSITIONS! (does not include PRN or current employees.)

• Compensation: ranges from $19.50/hour - $24.75/hour, plus applicable shift differentials. ($1.50/hour on weekday evenings, $2.00/hour on weekday nights, $3.00/hour on weekends for all shifts)

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Current CNA certification in Virginia
• Current certification for Medication Administration in Virginia
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
