Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living in Virginia is hiring CNAs for full-time and part-time roles to support residents’ daily living, comfort, and well-being. You will follow personal care plans, assist with activities, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely, quality care.

Requirements include a current CNA license for the state, state Medication Administration certification, and CPR certification (preferred).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state in which you are working.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort, companionship, and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Collaborating with the clinical team to ensure resident needs are addressed promptly.
• Administration of medication to residents.
