Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to provide safe and accurate medication administration and compassionate daily care to residents in a licensed senior living setting. You’ll work under licensed nursing supervision to ensure proper dosing, monitoring, and dignity in daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Completion of a CMA program that meets state requirements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications under supervision.
• Verify resident identity and document dosage and observations.
• Monitor residents for medication responses and report concerns.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Maintain accurate care documentation as ordered.
• Support with admissions, discharges, and transfers as required.
• Perform light housekeeping and assist with tours as needed.
