Job summary

Juniper Communities is hiring for care aides to support residents in a senior living setting. The full-time night shift is 11 pm–7 am, with PRN options 3 pm–11 pm or 11 pm–7 am and every other weekend required.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour, with DailyPay on-demand pay available. The role focuses on helping residents stay engaged, safe, and independent with medication administration and daily living tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Medication Tech Certification is required.
• Experience with medication administration in senior living is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, phone use, dining, and activities).
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with team members, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Role: Care aides are a key part of the Juniper team. They provide physical support to help residents stay engaged, safe, and independent.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
