Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medication Tech Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, transportation, appointments, and dining.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Communicate effectively with teammates, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.

• Assist with medication administration and documentation for residents in a senior living setting.
• Assist residents as needed with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, hair care, shaving, continence management, securing transportation, making and keeping appointments, use of the telephone, dining, and attending Juniper programs.
• Check and monitor vital signs as instructed.
• Effectively communicate with other members of the team, residents, and families.
• Provide excellent customer service.
