Job summary

Touchmark at All Saints in Sioux Falls, SD, is hiring experienced CMAs and CNAs to enrich residents' daily lives through five-star hospitality and compassionate care.

We offer Full Time, Part Time (days, nights and weekends), or PRN roles with a $1.50 shift differential. Benefits include on-site meals, 401K with match up to 3%, double-time holidays, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification.
• Genuine interest in caring for elderly residents in a geriatric environment.
• Provide assistance and emotional support using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care.
• Commitment to confidentiality and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily activities and personal care.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Maintain patient and tactful interactions with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
• Follow safety, privacy, and confidentiality guidelines in caregiving.
