Touchmark on West Century in Bismarck, ND is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our Health Services Team and enrich the lives of residents.

As a Caregiver, CNA or CMA you will rely on your medication administration knowledge to provide dignified, high-quality care in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods, while offering a positive presence to residents and their families each day. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Licensed Certified Medication Aide in this state.

$1/hr shift premium for overnight shifts

The Ideal Candidate Will

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Be a licensed Certified Medication Aide in this state
• Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification
• Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
• Provide assistance and emotional support to residents using the Best Friend’s Approach to dementia care
• Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
