Deborah Heart and Lung Center is seeking a medical coder to review and code patient records for both inpatient and outpatient services. You will assign ICD-10-CM/ICD-10-PCS codes and CPT-4, verify DRGs and APCs, and ensure accurate documentation for reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, medical terminology, pathology of disease.
• ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, CPT-4 proficiency required.
• Licensure/Certification: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCA.
