Job summary

Providence Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a Clinic - Coder, Certified – Level II under the Clinic Billing Manager to analyze, code, and compile medical records documenting patient condition and treatment across Family Practice, Specialty Practice, Hospital and ASC settings.

The coder will audit provider documentation and deliver continuous, meaningful feedback to clinicians, supporting accurate billing and compliant coding practices while contributing to a patient‑focused care culture

Qualifications

• Certification from AAPC or AHIMA upon hire (certificate required).
• 3 years of related experience and/or training.
• 5 years of recent, related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, code, and compile medical records to document patient condition and treatment across Family Practice, Specialty Practice, Hospital and ASC settings.
• Audit provider documentation and provide continuous feedback to improve accuracy and coding quality.
