You will audit Provider documentation and deliver constructive feedback to providers to improve accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Certification from AAPC or AHIMA upon hire.
• 3 years related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, codes and compiles medical records to document patient condition and treatment across Family Practice, Specialty Practice, Hospital and ASC settings.
• Audits provider documentation and provides continuous, meaningful provider feedback.
