Confluence Health in Wenatchee, WA is seeking a Medical Assistant Certified to support providers and the health care team. You will perform clerical and patient care duties, including injections, vital signs, and rooming patients. The role requires an active MA-C license and a 1-year commitment to Confluence Health.

A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for certified applicants. No prior experience is necessary beyond the required license; duties may include front office tasks and assisting with

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED is required.
• Certified/Certified-eligible MA with CCMA licensure or awaiting licensure.
• Active MA-Interim or MA-C license through WA DOH is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and prepare them for exams.
• Record vital signs and document in EMR per protocol.
• Obtain medical history and assist with visits and injections.
• Administer injections and medications as directed by the provider.
• Assist in procedures and minor emergencies; support patient flow.
• Schedule labs, X-ray, and tests; relay results and follow-up.
• Communicate with patients and coordinate with pharmacies as needed.
• Maintain clean exam rooms and stock supplies; CPR certification required.
• Perform front office tasks as directed; ensure quality patient care.

Education

High school graduate or GED

Accredited Medical Assisting program graduate

Active MA Interim or MA-C license Washington State
