Confluence Health in Washington state seeks a Medical Assistant (Certified) to support providers and the care team. You will perform clerical tasks, manage patient flow, take vital signs, help with injections, and assist with visits and follow-ups to ensure quality care.

Must have an active MA-C license; external applicants considered with a 1-year commitment. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is offered for certified Medical Assistants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program or in externship.
• Active MA-C license or interim/certified licensure required.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Greets patients promptly and prepares them for exam with clinical team.
• Obtains and records vital signs per department protocols.
• Documents medical history accurately for complete records.
• Administers injections and assists with procedures as directed.
• Schedules labs, x-ray, and other tests; communicates results.
• Maintains exam rooms, instruments, and supply stocking daily.
• Floatable to cross-cover clinics to sustain staffing and care.
