Job summary

Confluence Health in Washington state seeks a Medical Assistant Certified to support the care team. You will perform clerical tasks, assist with patient flow, take vital signs, prepare rooms, and support injections and basic procedures under the provider's direction.

Active MA-C license required; one-year commitment; external applicants only. A $3,000 sign-on bonus is available for certified candidates, and full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Active MA license in Washington state
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assisting program or in externship
• Experience with EMR and clinical workflows is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet and prepare patients for exam to maintain timely flow
• Record vital signs and update EMR per protocol
• Assist with injections and medications as directed
• Support front-office tasks and scheduling as needed
• Maintain clean exam rooms and supplies
