Mercy Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for the Oak Point Primary Care practice. You will support the physician, review health records, take vital signs, and prepare rooms for examinations.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, CMA/MA certification within 12 months, and good customer service skills to engage patients and staff in a compassionate, efficient environment.

Formación

• Must have problem-solving skills and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
• Ability to greet patients warmly and support clinical team.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients and the community in a respectful manner.
• Prepare and review patient charts for upcoming visits.
• Measure vital signs including pulse, BP, height and weight.
• Perform clerical duties and manage referrals and phone calls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly; perform other duties as assigned.
