Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; MA Clinic Academy training must be completed.
• Must actively maintain MA certification; transition to Medical Assistant title if not.
• Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• Work with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective care.
• Partner with patients, providers, and care team to drive quality outcomes.
• Perform standard rooming and charting tasks with focus on patient experience.
• Maintain proficiency in EHR and clinical documentation.
• Support outpatient procedures and equipment handling.
