Job summary

Under supervision of the physician or manager, you will perform patient intake, blood draws, EKGs, and pharmacy calls, while documenting in the EMR and coordinating schedules.

The role emphasizes accurate data entry, patient-centered care, and teamwork within the practice. Certification and related medical office experience are required or preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CMA/RMA certification recognized by the state board.
• BCLS certification preferred or required on hire.
• Proven ability to manage front desk tasks and patient flow efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient intake, blood draws, EKGs, and pharmacist calls.
• Document accurately in EMR per policy and licensure.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling and insurance verification.
• Maintain daily patient schedule and answer clinical/billing inquiries.
• Support team and maintain high-quality patient care and service.
