Qualifications

• At least one year of full-time experience as a Medical Assistant, Certified.
• Demonstrated competence as outlined in the Medical Assistant, Certified Advancement Worksheet.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine clinical and administrative support to providers and other health care team members.
• Assists the provider with treatment, examinations, and procedures.
• Performs clinic-based quality or safety roles.

Education

Completion of a Medical Assisting program accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES

Medical Assistant certification (AAMA, AMT, CCMA)
