Sky Blue Healthcare LLC is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to provide compassionate patient care, administer medications, and support clinical operations. The CMA will take vital signs, prepare patients for exams, and assist with minor procedures under physician supervision.

The role requires proficiency in EMR and scheduling software, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical setting.

Formación

• CMA certification or active CMA status is required.
• Experience performing phlebotomy, EKGs and injections.
• Proficient with EMR and scheduling software.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Take and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, height, weight, and pulse.
• Prepare patients for examination by explaining procedures and assisting with positioning.
• Assist with minor surgical and diagnostic procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Administer medications and injections as directed by the physician.
• Prepare and maintain examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
• Collect laboratory specimens (e.g., urine, blood) and perform basic lab tests.
• Maintain and sterilize medical equipment and instruments.
