Job summary

The role requires an active medical assisting certification and a High School Diploma or GED, with 1 year of healthcare or clerical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven problem-solving skills and basic computer literacy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for patient interactions.
• Must meet licensure/certification requirements for medical assisting.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide excellent customer service in a respectful manner.
• Review and update patient health records and prepare charts for visits.
• Measure vital signs and assist with examinations and room setup.
• Support front-end responsibilities including inventory checks and phone coverage.
