Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Active CMA/MA certification or equivalent; ABR-OE acceptable in some cases.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• 1 year medical assistant experience preferred; 2 years clerical in a physician's office preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and provide professional customer service.
• Review and update patient charts; verify test results and records.
• Measure vitals and prepare treatment rooms for examinations.
• Perform clerical duties such as inventory, referrals, and phone coverage.
• Troubleshoot and resolve problems promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.
