Mercy Crest Family Medicine in Ohio is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support the primary care physician in delivering high-quality patient care. You will review health records, measure vital signs, and prepare treatment rooms.

The position requires MA certification within 12 months of start, BLS, and is ideal for candidates with 1 year MA experience or 2 years clerical healthcare exposure. Competitive benefits are offered and a supportive team environment.

Formación

• High School Degree or GED.
• Active Medical Assisting certification from CMA/RMA/CCMA/NRCMA/NCMA/NCCT within 12 months of start date.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
• One year of MA healthcare experience (preferred).
• Two years of clerical experience in a physician's office (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Greets patients and provides excellent customer service.
• Reviews and updates patient charts; verifies diagnostic test results and records.
• Measures vital signs and prepares exam rooms for visits.
• Performs clerical duties: inventory, referrals tracking, and calls handling.
• Troubleshoots and resolves problems; performs other duties as assigned.
