Qualifications

• Certificate from college/technical school, or at least three months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience with practice management software and electronic health record applications preferred.
• Current valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and room patients within the clinical practice setting according to standardized workflows.
• Accurately obtain patient vital signs and document information.
• Document patient history and medication reconciliation in the EHR.
• Prepare exam room for patient visits and support office operations under provider supervision.
• Perform in-house testing and required screenings following established protocols.
