Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for Monclova Road Medical Office Building in Maumee, Ohio. The role supports the primary care physician, maintains health records, and ensures readiness of treatment rooms for exams.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, updating charts, taking vital signs, and handling clerical duties. A CMA or equivalent certification plus BLS is required, with prior medical office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Medical Assisting certification from CMA/RMA/CCMA or NHA/NCMA/NCCT.
• BLS certification required or preferred depending on location.
• One year of medical assistant healthcare experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and community with respect and professionalism.
• Review and update health records, verify diagnostic results and medical reports.
• Measure vital signs including pulse, BP, height and weight.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist primary care physician during visits.
• Perform clerical duties such as inventory, referrals, and phone coverage.
