My Access Medical Clinic is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to prepare charts, assist nurses and providers, and manage basic clinical tasks. You will monitor patient vitals, perform phlebotomy, and support testing, documentation, and referrals using EMR systems.

The role emphasizes HIPAA compliance, strong customer service, and teamwork within a busy clinic environment in Georgia. A state license, BLS, and CMA certification are preferred and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Active state license and maintenance throughout employment.
• BLS certification required at hire and kept current.
• Ability to travel within assigned region; valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work on an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for patient visits by pulling charts and notes and setting up equipment.
• Monitor and record vital signs and medical history.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures.
• Assist with minor clinical procedures and point-of-care testing.
• Provide health education to patients and families; promote wellness.
