Certified Medical Assistant – Family Care - Fulltime, Days

Join our team as a Certified Medical Assistant – Family Care - Fulltime, Days at Texas Health Resources.

Position Details
  • Location: 1600 West Northwest Highway - Suite 100, Grapevine, TX
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)
  • CMA - Current Medical Assistant Certification (REQUIRED)
  • One year of Medical Assistant experience (PREFERRED)
  • ACLS or BCLS certification upon hire (PREFERRED)
Responsibilities
  • Deliver patient care utilizing the Certified Medical Assistant process
  • Conduct patient check-out, schedule surgeries, and handle post-operative calls
  • Communicate test results and care plans to patients by phone or mail
  • Ensure patient safety and privacy rights
  • Assist in front office duties as needed
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management or healthcare providers
