Holy Cross Health Center – Rockville is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support ambulatory care providers, prepare exams, perform basic lab tasks, and help ensure patient comfort and safety.

This full-time, day-shift position (40 hrs/wk, Mon-Fri) requires CMA certification and 1+ year of outpatient experience. Compensation ranges from $18.78 to $26.29 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and free parking at the Rockville location.

Qualifications

• MA certification from AAMA/AMT/NCCT/AMCA/NHA/NAHP/NPCE
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year MA experience in a physician's office

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, escort to exam room, document vitals in EHR
• Assess symptoms and record clinical data
• Take labs, coordinate with departments for procedures
• Set up exam rooms and assist with procedures
• Support front desk tasks: reception, records, scheduling, billing
