Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support ambulatory care, exam preparation and basic lab work at Holy Cross Health Center - Progressive in Montgomery Village. The role involves patient intake, vital signs, document entry in the EHR, and assisting with exams and procedures under physician supervision.

We value candidates with CMA certification, a high school diploma, and 1+ year of office-based MA experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold Medical Assistant Certification from recognized organizations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience in a physician's office preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist physician or healthcare provider with patient care and examinations.
• Document vital signs and patient information in EHR.
• Take labs, prep for procedures, and communicate with departments as needed.
• Prepare exam rooms and assist with examinations and minor procedures.
• Support front office operations including reception, records, scheduling and billing.
