The ideal candidate has a High School degree or GED and CMA certification or eligibility, plus experience in a medical office, delivering patient-centered care within state guidelines.

• Ability to review and update charts and manage health records.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide courteous service.
• Review patient charts and verify test results and records.
• Measure vital signs (pulse, BP, etc.) and prepare exam rooms.
• Perform clerical duties: inventory, referrals, phones.
• Troubleshoot problems and support the team.
