Job summary

experiencedAlliedHealth is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to support patient care in a physician practice setting across multiple Indiana locations. The role involves preparing patients for exams, assisting providers, and performing basic clinical procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, CMA certification, and BLS. Prior medical office experience is preferred; on-site roles across Westfield, Noblesville, Carmel and nearby areas are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of certified or registered medical assistant program preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Experience in a physician office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physician/provider examination and administer injections and immunizations.
• Perform laboratory testing, EKGs and other in-office procedures; schedule appointments and testing.
• Assist in front office and clinical areas; ensure proficient and accurate clinical documentation.
• Arrange for diagnostic testing, specialist appointments and hospital admissions.
• May perform phlebotomy and venipuncture; measure vital signs per patient visit.
