Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with Medical Assistant training.
• Equivalency: at least 6 months experience in CMA role or on-the-job training/education in CMA.
• Certification required from one of the listed agencies: CMA, RMA, NCMA, NCCT, CCMA, NRCMA, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated clinical and administrative duties in line with Medical Assistant program education, training, and experience.
• Work in clinical and front office functions, providing clerical support and assisting in delivery of health care and patient care activities as directed by the physician/provider.
