Valley Health System is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant/Front Desk specialist for the Montvale location. The role combines clinical support (RN/MA duties) with front desk responsibilities to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate documentation in the EMR system.

Qualifications include a NJ-certified Medical Assistant program, high school diploma, and 6 months of related experience. The position offers evening shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent and completion of a formal Medical Assistant program that is recognized by the State of New Jersey - Certification required.
• Completion of formal coursework in office management, database management or business, computer literacy
• Six (6) months of previous customer service/data entry, administrative/office management/clerical experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Patient intake, blood draw, EKG and other tests per physician orders.
• Front desk duties: greeting, scheduling, insurance compliance, collecting payments.
• Document in EMR, coordinate with clinical staff to ensure proper patient flow.
