Vivo Infusion is hiring a Certified Medical Assistant for the Neurology Institute of Boerne in Texas. You will greet patients, support clinicians, and ensure safe, compassionate care under guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities include rooming patients, chart updates, and coordinating with provider teams. Requirements include MA certification, CPR/BLS, and clinical experience. This full-time role runs Mon–Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm, non-exempt, with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent, required.
• Medical Assistant Certification, CPR/BLS, required.
• 1 year of experience in a clinical environment, required.
• 1 year in an administrative, patient-facing, or customer service role, required.

Responsibilities

• Performs patient care activities following standards of practice.
• Room clinic patients in person or virtually and update patient charts.
• Communicate pertinent patient data to providers and nurses.
