Job summary

Baptist Health’s Baptist Heart Specialists in Jacksonville Beach, FL is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time role. The candidate will perform back-office medical assisting, including rooming patients and administering EKGs, while supporting the care team.

Responsibilities include vital signs, patient greeting, documentation, and coordinating tests per physician guidance. A High School diploma and BLS are required; CMA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• BLS certification required; CMA preferred.
• Assist physician and care team with routine medical tasks.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
• Administer EKGs and vital signs; assist with rooming.

Responsibilities

Baptist Health is looking to add a Certified Medical Assistant to our Baptist Heart Specialists office located in Jacksonville Beach, FL.

This is a Full-Time opportunity working Monday through Friday from 8:00AM-5:00PM.

The experienced candidate will perform back office Medical Assistant duties, such as rooming patients and administering EKGs. Must be a team player.
