Short-term care & sub-acute rehab at a 5 Star Rated facility in North Salem, Westchester County, offering outstanding subacute rehab and long-term skilled nursing care.

CNA Summary

• Day Shift (7am - 3pm), Evening Shift (3-11), Night Shift (11pm - 7am)
• Full/Part-Time (Every Other Weekend Required)
• Per Diem

The primary purpose of the CNA is to provide residents with routine daily nursing care according to established procedures and as directed by supervisors.

Responsibilities include assisting residents with personal care, feeding, mobility, and documenting care, all while maintaining a calm and respectful environment.

• Current CNA Certification in New York State in good standing
