Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a Medical Assistant or administrative role.
• HR experience – Preferred.
• PPD placement experience – Required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Professionally answer and direct phone calls
• Assist HR and Patient Care teams with administrative duties
• Process timesheets, scan/upload documents
• Manage outgoing/incoming mail and faxes
• Administer TB skin tests and maintain records
• Support follow-ups for positive PPD results
• Provide general clerical assistance as needed
