Qualifications

• NHA or AMA CMA certification required.
• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years experience in medical assistant or administrative role.
• HR experience preferred.
• PPD placement experience required.
• Home care/healthcare experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and office systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
• Assist HR and Patient Care teams with admin duties.
• Process timesheets and scan/upload documents.
• Manage mail and faxes, outgoing/incoming.
• Administer TB skin tests and maintain records.
• Support follow-ups for positive PPD results.
• Provide general clerical support as needed.
