The role supports both clinical and administrative operations to ensure efficient service for patients and caregivers. Key responsibilities include patient management at the front desk, scheduling, vital sign documentation, and assisting with procedures. Applicants should have a high school diploma, certification as a Medical Assistant, and at least one year of relevant experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of Medical Assistant experience.
  • Experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred.
  • PPD placement and reading experience required.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is an asset.

About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Assist with basic procedures and ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready
  • Administer and track PPDs tests; follow up on results and escalates when needed
  • Maintain employee health records and ensure accurate documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support daily operations
  • Follow HIPAA, safety, and infection control guidelines
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Certified/Registered Medical Assistant (required)
  • Minimum 1 years of Medical Assistant experience
