Looking for a medical assistant to help with daily routines - before/after pictures, intake sheets, consents, scheduling, assist in the rooms if needed, checking patients in and out. Must be knowledgeable in explaining Botox and injectable procedures, along with other non-invasive treatments offered.

Seeking a passionate, experienced medical assistant to join our team!

The Spa at Mecca is looking for a part-time, certified medical assistant.

As a Medical Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the medical office. You will support Doctors, nurses, licensed providers, and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The target is to complete all activities accurately, with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with patient check-in / check-out
2. Answer patient questions and concerns in a knowledgeable manner
3. Scheduling clients, both for initial services and follow-up appointments
4. Follow up and reminder phone calls
5. Prepare and clean treatment rooms and medical instruments
6. Assist in rooming patients
7. Good computer skills and proficient in uploading and maintaining patient files
8. Attend team meetings, and promotional events, if needed
9. Perform other related duties as assigned

*Must be comfortable splitting the time between front desk (check-in/out) and other MA duties listed.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in a medical office is preferred
2. Polished and professional appearance and demeanor
3. Customer service is our #1 priority - must be exceptional in communication skills
4. Attention to detail in following company protocols and goal-oriented
5. Ability to work as a team member in a fast-paced environment
6. Show initiative, and go above and beyond in order to succeed in this position
7. Well organized with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
8. Sales training is a plus ++
