Job summary

Asbury Chandler Estates in the Northampton County area is seeking compassionate caregivers to assist residents with daily living activities, maintain dignity and independence, and support medication administration.

The role requires attention to detail, flexibility to work every other weekend and holidays, and a commitment to safety and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Completion of a recognized Medication Administration course is a plus.
• 1 year experience or training working with older adults or in retirement housing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Administer medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed.
• Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing.
• Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors.

Hours And Pay

• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Full Time: 3pm-11:30pm + .75 Shift diff
• Full Time: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM + .5 Shift diff
• Part Time: 7am-3:30pm
