Job summary

Asbury Chandler Estates is hiring a PCA to begin a rewarding healthcare career with a clear pathway for advancement. Start as a PCA, earn $18.00/hour, Full-Time, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with potential to train as a Certified Medication Technician.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year experience with older adults or retirement housing preferred.
  • Completion of a Medication Administration course is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independence.
  • Administer medications safely and accurately.
  • Follow a 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing.
  • Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors.

Pay: $18.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Job Description
  • Attention to detail, protocol adherence, and availability every other weekend/holidays
  • Assist residents with daily living activities while maintaining dignity and independenceAdminister medications safely and accurately across multiple forms as prescribed
  • Follow a strict 3-step verification process: confirm resident, correct medication, and proper dosage/timing
  • Ensure compliance with medication labeling to prevent errors
