Greystar is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety standards across the property in Richmond, VA.

Qualifications

• Experience with building maintenance and repairs.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant apartments and inspections.
• Track materials, inventory, and re-order supplies as needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; assist with cleaning and painting.
• Support cost control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
