Fogelman Properties is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician for Madison Midtown, with 5+ years in maintenance, HVAC certification, and proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair. A valid driver’s license is required.

This role supports a property transitioning under Fogelman and offers comprehensive benefits and bonus potential. The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and reliability, with on-site responsibilities, on-call duties, and adherence to safety

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in apartment maintenance preferred.
• HVAC experience with certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in the following areas: plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.
• Proficient in use of computers and online applications.
• Working knowledge of property systems such as Yardi, Entrata, and HappyCo preferred.
• Depending on the property, a valid driver's license and automobile insurance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all service requests and make-ready units.
• Care for maintenance and inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Provide strong customer service to residents and coworkers.
• Operate safely and adhere to company policies.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
